These terms are between you and Encircle Technologies Private Limited. By playing the game you agree to them. On iOS, Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) also applies.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the game, or use cheats or tools that interfere with leaderboards.
Coins, upgrades, cities and other items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
The free game shows ads. Remove Ads stops full-screen ads; optional rewarded ads stay available.
We may remove scores that appear to be cheated.
We may update, change or stop the game at any time. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by device changes, uninstalls or cleared data, except where the law says otherwise.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
