Tower Tap: World Heights is made by Encircle Technologies Private Limited. Unless you choose to sign in, your data lives only on your device. This page explains how to delete it and how to ask us to delete the rest.
Open the game, go to Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. This deletes your cloud save and your Tower Tap account at once and, if you used Sign in with Apple, revokes the game's access to your Apple account. You can also choose to erase the progress on that device at the same time. If you no longer have the game installed, email us as in Step 2 and say that you used Sign in with Apple or Facebook; we will delete the account and cloud save within 30 days. Facebook users can also remove the game in Facebook › Settings › Apps and websites.
We reply within 30 days and confirm when the deletion is done.
| Data | After your request |
|---|---|
| Progress, profile and settings on your device | Deleted when you uninstall (Step 1) |
| Cloud save and account (only if you signed in) | Deleted at once with Delete account, or within 30 days of an email request |
| Anonymous purchase ID and purchase history held by RevenueCat for us | Deleted within 30 days |
| Records of paid transactions | Kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Apple and Google also keep their own receipts, so Restore Purchases still works for items you bought |
| Ad data held by Google AdMob | Managed by Google under its policies (Step 3) |
Game statistics are anonymous and deleted automatically after 2 months. To stop them, turn off Settings › Game statistics or uninstall the game.
