Tower Tap: World Heights · Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Tower Tap: World Heights ("the game") is made by Encircle Technologies Private Limited, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles on iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, Android and Chrome.

What we collect ourselves

Without signing in: nothing. Your progress (coins, upgrades, stars, best height, settings) and your in-game profile (name, avatar and frame) are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.

Optional sign-in and cloud save (iOS and Android, from version 1.2.0). If you choose to sign in with Apple or Facebook in Settings › Account, we store a copy of your game save (the same progress and profile listed above) in Google Firebase, linked to an account ID, so you can continue on another phone or tablet. We do not receive your email address, name, friends list or contacts, and we do not use the account for ads or tracking. Signing in is never required to play, and it is not offered to players the store reports as under 13.

Game statistics (iOS and Android, from version 1.3.0). To learn which parts of the game players enjoy and whether they come back, the game sends anonymous gameplay counts to Google Firebase Analytics: for example that a round started or ended, its mode and number of floors, tips shown, upgrades bought, missions completed and pictures shared, plus counts of ads requested and shown. These counts use a random app instance ID, are not linked to your account, your name or your advertising ID, are not used for ads, and are deleted after 2 months. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and other places where a consent form is required they are sent only if you turn on Settings › Game statistics; everywhere you can turn them off there at any time. They are not collected on Apple TV, Google TV or Chrome, or for players under 13.

Sharing your tower (from version 1.3.0). The Share button makes a picture of your tower and its stats on your device and hands it to your phone's share sheet. We do not upload or keep the picture; what happens next is up to the app you share it with.

Reminders (iOS and Android, from version 1.4.0). If you turn on reminders (on the home screen or in Settings › Reminders), the game schedules notifications on your device for things like your free gift, daily bonus, supply crate and the Weekly Challenge. They are created and shown by your phone; nothing is sent to us or to any server. Turn them off in Settings › Reminders or in your phone's notification settings.

Your choices

Chrome extension

The Chrome version shows no ads, has no purchases and collects no data. Progress is stored in your browser only.

Apple TV

The Apple TV version shows no ads, has no purchases and collects no data. Your stars and best heights are stored on the Apple TV and synced between your Apple TVs through your own iCloud account (Apple iCloud key-value storage). Leaderboards use Apple Game Center.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are limited to general-audience content.

Where the law requires it (for example in Texas, Utah and Louisiana), the game reads the age range that the App Store or Google Play shares with apps. It uses that range only on your device, for the current session, to show non-personalized ads to players under 18 and to ask a parent to approve significant updates. The game never stores the age range or sends it anywhere.

Security and retention

Data handled by the services above is sent over encrypted connections and kept according to their policies. We do not sell personal information.

Contact and requests

For questions or data requests, email support@encircletechnologies.com. We reply within 30 days.

To delete your data, follow the steps on Delete your Tower Tap data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell players in the game.
